Event Portfolio

I’m an event and hospitality professional focused on creating thoughtful, well-executed experiences that bring people, organizations, and ideas together.

My approach combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the details behind a successful experience — from anticipating guest needs and navigating logistics to building trusted client and vendor relationships. I’m naturally solutions-oriented, collaborative, and attentive to the moments that shape how an experience is delivered and remembered.

Selected Work — Redstone Agency

From 2024–2026, I worked with Redstone Agency, an association management company, where I planned and delivered programs across corporate, association, and non-profit environments.

My work spanned conferences, industry forums, workshops, networking programs, awards ceremonies, and large-scale events, with responsibilities ranging from client and stakeholder management through to budgeting, planning, vendor coordination, onsite production, and post-event reporting.

The projects below highlight selected programs I contributed to during my time at Redstone Agency, with a focus on my individual responsibilities and the experiences I helped bring to life as part of the broader agency and client teams.

Celebrating International Women’s Day 2026 | Women in Nuclear Canada

An event designed to balance programming and networking. The experience guided attendees through a seamless flow from arrival to engagement, creating an environment that supported connection, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful interaction among participants.

Chapter Events | NAIOP Greater Toronto

Portfolio of events for NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter through the Suburban and Developing Leaders committees. Programming included the Development Challenge Finals case competition, evening networking socials and keynote presentations, morning breakfast events, and industry education sessions. Each initiative brought together emerging and established professionals from across the commercial real estate community to learn, connect, and engage.

22nd Annual Conference | Women in Nuclear Canada

A multi-day event bringing together professionals from across the nuclear sector to connect, collaborate, and celebrate. The program featured plenary panels, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, workshops, and technical and social tours, alongside an Indigenous opening ceremony, the annual Awards Gala, and the marquee “UnGala: Glow Your Own Way” celebration.

Breakfast Forums | Sponsorship Marketing Council Canada

A series of monthly events hosted at Real Sports in Toronto. Each forum attracted Canadian sponsorship marketing professionals, with monthly topics ranging from "Black Focused Partnerships & Properties in Canada’s Sponsorship Industry" to "Harnessing the Power of AI." This ongoing series serves as a membership value-add, spotlighting timely industry themes.

Greening & Sustainability Workshop | Real Property Institute of Canada

A hybrid conference and workshop centered on sustainability and greening initiatives, bringing together real property professionals from both the public and private sectors. The event fostered collaboration and knowledge-sharing through a dynamic program that highlighted industry innovation, emerging best practices, and practical solutions. Programming featured a blend of plenary sessions, interactive labs, hands-on training, and an engaging exhibit experience, supporting both in-person and virtual participation.

Workplace Wednesday Series & Forum on the Workplace | Real Property Institute of Canada

Two signature events for real property professionals: Workplace Wednesday, a quarterly virtual series designed to provide actionable insights and foster community engagement, and the Forum on the Workplace, a hybrid one-day event combining in-person and virtual participation. Both events served as platforms for thought leadership, collaboration, and innovation within the workplace solutions sector.

Other Work

Some of the experiences I’m most proud of have happened outside of my day-to-day professional work. From milestone celebrations to community fundraisers and creative travel experiences, these projects have given me the opportunity to explore different ways of bringing people together.

These experiences reflect the same curiosity, attention to detail, and people-first thinking I bring to my professional event work — just in a more personal setting.

Spirit of the Annex Fundraiser

I supported the coordination and delivery of Trinity-St. Paul’s United Church’s third annual Spirit of the Annex Fundraiser, bringing together community members for an evening of conversation, games, auctions, food, and music. I helped coordinate the program and moving pieces behind the experience, contributing to a welcoming and engaging event that supported the church’s ministry and community initiatives.
